About MTY Academy
Founded by Dr. Gu, MTY Academy began as a club for Mathematically Talented Youth to explore advanced mathematical topics under her guidance. As the club grew, Dr. Gu expanded her efforts by introducing a series of math courses under the name MTY Club. To accommodate the increasing number of students and a broader range of topics, she developed her own structured curriculum designed for young learners from grades 5 to 12. In 2006, MTY Academy was officially established to organize course materials and oversee the teaching of these classes.
